On a separate note, your website also promises I can use AVG Ultimate to protect ALL of my devices but only after I paid my money was i told that my Windows phones can't be protected. So who are you lying to again? Is it easily fixed and you just didn't bother telling me or are the fixes mentuioned here just more hot air? I notice you're none too keen to offer any money back for not being able to deliever on your promises.

I'm now coming up to a month in to my subscription and you STILL haven't delivered the product you promised. Your website said that the Ultimate package offered total protection and there was NO mention of any issues of any sort.
